High-speed dry aseptic mechanical seals are crucial for the fermentation and pharmaceutical industry. This industry requires fermenters to operate at high speeds of 300-500 RPM in dry conditions. Currently, only a few foreign brands of graphite and silicon carbide combinations can achieve this, creating a bottleneck and resulting in extremely high prices. Our recently developed special reinforced PTFE (with a modified formula) paired with 99% ceramic has been patented. Its performance surpasses that of the original foreign brands, especially in high-speed dry operation environments. Furthermore, structural improvements have increased the dry operation speed to 1450 RPM.
